True Value Calibration Services is an in-house
calibration Laboratory for their Parent company M/s. Sensortron which has
engaged in the manufacture of standard stainless steel weights, brass weights,
cast iron weights, slotted weights and many special weights.
True Value Calibration Services is a calibration
laboratory based in Chennai, engaged in the calibration of Mass parameters such
as weights, weighing machines, Bench scales, platform scales, weighbridges,
slotted weights, cast iron weights etc., and volume parameter like pipettes,
burettes, conical flasks, measuring cylinders, cans, beakers and other
volumetric applications. The company can calibrate weights from 1 mg - 50 kg,
weighing machines from 1mg - 1 Tone and Volumetric applications from 1 L to 5
L. The company calibrates The Laboratory was started in the year 2007 and went
on to get the accreditation in the year 2013.The Laboratory has been accredited
by National Board of Accreditation for Testing and Calibration Laboratories
(NABL), India. The Laboratory has documented quality system as per ISO: IEC:
17025. The Laboratory also engaged in the calibration of Thermal and Humidity
Parameters like Thermometers, Thermocouples, RTD's, Temperature Switch, Temperature
Controller, Hot Air Oven, Deep Freezers, Autoclaves, Humidity Chambers,
Thermo-Hygrometers, Radiation Pyrometers and Environmental Chambers.
The company employs highly skilled staffs who are
metrologists and are trained in their specific areas of calibration from NPL
New Delhi and CETE Bangalore. The Laboratory maintains master standards which
are world class and the same are calibrated with traceability from NVLAP, NIST
or NPL. The master weights the laboratory meets the prescribed environmental
standards. The temperature maintained has a tolerance of +/- 0.2 degree C/hour
and humidity maintained has a tolerance of +/- 5 % per hour and the barometric
pressure is measured to 0.01 mm Hg.
The Company also provides servicing of Load cells of any
brands, any capacity and any type. The company has so far provided servicing of
HBM, Sensortronics, Tedea Huntleigh, Schwing Stetter etc. brands of load cells.
We provide the re-gauging work and use high quality strain gauges from Vishay.
The company also offers after service warranty of 6 months.
